The beginning, again

I've decided to start this blog over from scratch. I've been wanting to do this for a long time, but ended up jumping around to a bunch of different static site generators before finding Cryogen. The last time I tried to use Jekyll the importer and base library were in some kind of refactor and much of it didn't work as advertised. I actually ended up digging into the code to fix some of the issues I was encountering, but when I put in the PR the author informed of the refactor. After that I just shelved the whole idea and forgot about it. I didn't realize it was so long ago until I pulled up that PR just now.

I realized I need to be writing more. I was starting to get out of practice so this will give me a good excuse. It also is a good excuse to play around with Clojure, which is something I've been wanting to do anyway.
